This login only gates the NewMap parcel workflow. The rest of the StockCheck site stays unchanged. Access is role-based: parcel-only, read-only viewing, comment editing without admin rights, or full admin control.
Can view parcel data and comment history, but cannot add, delete, or import comments.
Can view parcel data, comments, and comment editing actions, but cannot manage logins.
Has full parcel and comment access, plus the ability to add, remove, and reassign NewMap logins.
